Nesting Headcanons
My thoughts on an omegas Nesting habits.
=====================
Of course all Omega's are different and all have different ways of thinking. But I think these are some common traits and thoughts that most share.
=====================
1. I believe that omegas will choose to nest on lower beds, such as these:
Reason being, they tend to move around a lot. Like. A lot. Whether it be Nesting, getting comfortable or during a heat they'll move. So they prefer bigger spaces that are close to the ground in case they get to close to the edge. It's a common problem. Plus it's a much cozier way to rest.
====================
2. Bedding is everything to a nesting omega or basically any omega seeking comfort. Blankets, pillows, everything matters. What materials pick up the most scents, if they have any kinds of allergies they have to be careful, and some omegas skin can be sensitive to some bedding. Everything depends. Here are some examples of things I'd imagine would be popular nesting materials.
===================
Thick yarn blankets.
They most likely provide a cushiony place to lay on and curle up with, super warm and easy to scent. They're perfect for a nest.
=====================
Body pillows.
Long and soft, very easy to hug and lay on. I imagine these could be weighted, to feel like a partner. Maybe heatable ones. Imagine an omega home alone during a heat or while sick. They might be able to use one of these, previously scented by their mate or an artificial source, to comfort themselves until they can get relief. A warm thig cradle to relax or nap in. It can be especially helpful for a pregnant omega. The support could help them possibly rest better or provide a nice place to lay back and be calm before the baby comes.
=====================
Thin blankets.
Moldable and flexible, they can adjust these into whatever shape needed. They can use them as spot fillers, layering, or just as a cover up when a little too toasty for the thicker ones. They have a tone of these everywhere. In the living room as throws, in every closet. All bedrooms. They're so nice to have around and ready to curl up with.

So this is all I have for now. Welcome to my blog! I'm so happy to have you here and I deeply appreciate you taking the time to read this. Expect more very soon!!!
