☢ What calms you down after negativity?

Honestly, it can be real hard for me to calm down. I suffer with depression and severe anxiety so when negativity happens, especially when it’s directed at me, my anxiety can be so bad to the point where I’ll have a panic attack and when I’m there, it’s almost impossible to calm down. What I find though, is that it’s really helpful when I’m able to talk to people. That’s why when anything negative happens or I’m feeling low I always ask people if I can talk to them (whether it be getting some advice, chatting about the problem or talking about something random to help distract me). Just chatting to someone will help calm me down and also assure me that I’m not alone. Though there has been heaps of times where I’ve gotten hate for that also - for just wanting to speak to someone cause I was feeling low and having no one respond.

☠ What keeps you happy?

Just doing stuff that I enjoy, really. Roleplaying, taking my dog for a walk, doing yoga, hanging out with my friends, going shopping, eating, sleeping - those kinds of things. Basically anything that keeps me calm is something that makes me happy. I’m most happiest when I’m relaxed.

☘ Is there anything that makes you instantly want to follow someone?

It’s generally a combination of things: their character, their writing and how the mun appears. The latter can sometimes be hard to tell cause you never know how someone truly is until you speak to them though it does help to check out how their rules are written and maybe their ooc posts. But yeah, definitely a combination of those would make me wanna instantly follow someone (that I haven’t followed before). If one of those are a little bit ‘iffy’ for me then it will make me have a long think before I decide to follow, if I do that is. Though sometimes I can be persuaded.
