Running a hand over his beard, Tris made his way to the counter and settled at the bar. He was tired, and aching, and with the full moon coming up soon he wouldn’t get much sleep in the next day or two. He should be getting some rest while he could, but he desperately needed a drink. So instead of being tucked in his nice warm bed, Tris found himself at the only bar in town.
“Bourbon, please. The expensive stuff,” he told the bartender, running a hand through his hair. He needed a trim, both of his facial hair and the hair on his head, but he was so caught up in dealing with everything else... haircuts just didn’t seem important.
