Would Zane’s falcon hate or love Kai?

The falcon cares a lot about Kai, and I like to think that after Zane's first death, he stayed closer to Kai than to anyone else.

So, about Garmadon being Kai and Nya’s godfather

Was him lowering Nya into lava in the pilots a total bluff or was he counting on Kai saving her?

Or was he just totally cool with Nya dying?

Also do Ray and Maya find out about that? I feel like they would have something to say about that.

a complete bluff, no doubt.

Adding to that, my other headcanon is that Nya's kidnapping wasn't even part of Garmadon's original plan. The plan was simply to take the map, and the skeletons thoughtlessly took Nya too by mistake, so Garmadon had to alter his plan a bit on the fly.

That's why, on paper, it didn't seem so bad to him to stop it when he went back in time with the mega-weapon.

what’s do you think of the new Next Generation Ninja from Duskfall, especially Jin?

I haven't seen Duskfall yet—not for any specific reason, I just keep putting it off—so I don't really have much of an opinion on them.

That doesn't stop me from making them interact with my children, though.

For when Zane splits from the group in dragons rising …. Maybe he takes Nari so they can catch up on father daughter bonding? (Pixel goes too for support/backup)

Yep, Zane and Pixal took Neri with them.

After Kai got trapped in the nether-space, Zane became the primary caretaker; this certainly gave them some father-daughter time, but the first few days were undoubtedly hard for Zane—with Pixal missing and now Kai... he needs a moment.

Nah, they were treated the same.

And I don't think the way Iron Baron used Neri can be considered an advantage—petty, perhaps.
