Its almost 1 am, but I have successfully made my first loaf of sourdough....!! It has a nice tang and the structure of this one is soft and fluffier than I was expecting but I love it??
Ahem look at my Beautiful apple tart I made, the recipe was so simple and the result was SO good esp for my first try!! T v T
