excuse me wtf is a Sheth? Why is it adorable? And how can I play one?
Hah, yay I get to answer this! The Sheth are a homebrew D&D race that my friend Ganelon has been developing for a while now, and I absolutely love drawing them. They’re basically little homunculi / golem-esque critters that were made to serve people, and they were also made to be adorable companions. I was asked to draw a set of sheth NPCs doing various chores and companion duties a while back, as well as a more detailed portrait of Issek, the little sheth from the D&D group pictures.
If you wanted to utilize them or something like them in your own campaign, feel free! I asked Ganelon if he was okay with it, and he’s totally game. Their stats are a bit context-specific to the campaign they come from, so posting their stat block wouldn’t be terribly helpful, but you can feel free to tweak them to your needs so that you can play with these little guys.
