This is Theo. Originally intended to be a part of the "Super Good Samaritan" program, Theo had a chip put in his brain to make his protective instincts stronger. Things were going well until one day he was struck in the head and the chip defected. He became obsessed with keeping everyone safe to the point it damaged his own health. He retreated to isolation and created little puppets of significant figures in his life that he makes live in accordance to his impossibly high standards.
