I know of an account on Dailymotion called TheNerdVoice (she also comes up as Era Kosakowski) that has all of the SJA episodes besides the pilot and The Last Sontaran Part 2. I know the latter can be found elsewhere on Dailymotion, but I haven't had as much luck finding the pilot after it was taken down from YouTube.

That’s a shame about the pilot, because it had been on YouTube for quite a while, but I actually started the series with the episode after the pilot and was still able to make sense of the show at least.
