It’s OK to be body positive AND be insecure about your appearance.
It’s ok to embrace the skin you’re in and accept yourself as you are in the here and now and still work toward a goal to change your appearance. Whether it be to bulk up and gain weight, to fit into clothes two sizes smaller, for your health or otherwise. It’s YOUR body. You’re not a hypocrite, you’re not straddling the fence, you’re not flip flopping. You’re an individual who is trying to do better.
