First time to have lunch at Southern Grind Bistro and it was such a warm hearty experience! I absolutely love their Smoked Ribs Burger! This hefty burger priced at P550 comes with fries, and can feed 2 or a hungry 1! The Open Chicken Fajita (P388) is a hit too and is great for sharing. I love the idea of customizing your own bite, with a bit of hot sauce or a squeeze of lemon. Their sauces hit home! The Teriyaki Spam Fries (P289) could be a little more crispy and bite-sized, but flavorwise, I love the sweet salty combo of the Spam and the teriyaki sauce. The Creole Style Chili Crusted Fish Fillet (P375) could use more chili. I love them hot and spicy! :) Tje Cajun Rice was a fan favorite. We had to ask for a second bowl! Indulge in the hip and happening food offerings at the ever-stylish Nic's at Park Terraces, San Lorenzo Makati! You can never go wrong with their menu as they have fashion-forward favorites like the French Toast Stacks, or the decadent Clam Chowder. What came as a surprise were their pizza and pastas. I enjoyed the silky Salmon in Tomato Cream, with just the right hint of spice and the gorgeous pink-orange color of the sauce itself. The Shrimp, Mushroom and Anchovy Pizza was also a pleasant eat, even my kids enjoyed it and didn't notice the anchovies! Pizza crust was on point, similar to a flatbread. Very chic! Don't forget to sample their Baby Back Ribs too as they are tender and tasty!
