I can not remember seeing my blood pressure this low. This is after my 6mile walk today. I started exercising on Tuesday walking. I was using the lack of my bike as an excuse while putting weight back on and feeling my blood pressure was elevated to the point my ears would clog up every time I stood. I knew I had to pivot with my exercising too. I did 5.1miles on Wednesday , 2.22 miles on Thursday, and 6.04 today being Sunday.
