RANCH DRESSING RENOVATION 🏠🔨

My good friend, @vicsims3​ asked if I would renovate one of his homes for his personal save of Riverview Reimagined. He’s such an incredible builder that I was more than happy to oblige. 

ranch dressing (before) ○ §227,369 [furnished] | §122,836 [unfurnished] ○ 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms ○ vic built this house for his favorite family, the Alvarado-Kim household and asked for more bedrooms, separate music spaces for the Julian Alvarado (singer/piano player) and Tommy Kim (guitar player), plenty of space of entertaining and room for their son, Theo, to grow up and their pup, Kenji to play

ranch dressing (the ranch - after) ○ §588,137 [furnished]  | §226,976 [unfurnished] ○ 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms ○ created a basement level with two music studios and access to backyard ○ renovated to suit a modern rustic style ○ cc free
