Poe Dameron headcannons, please

Poe Dameron is pretty Hella Pan. Actually he is a nice-o-sexual, meaning he doesn’t care what Gender he’s only attracted to nice people. You can be ugly as sin but if you have a good heart he loves you

Poe’s idea of a great date night is at some point cuddling on the couch.

Poe’s mother taught him to see the good in everyone, which makes his “as long as there’s light quote pretty damn important” he believes everyone has a chance to be good, which is why he trusted Finn immediately. 

Poe is actually as terrible of a Flirt as Han Solo.

Speaking of Han, Han Solo was his first celebrity crush. 

Poe’s biggest flaw is that he doesn’t like to show weakness. It stems from the fact he is one of the most optimistic people in the Resistance. It is a flaw because if Poe does go through something terrible ie. Kylo’s torture, he doesn’t talk about it because he feels everyone is gonna lose their morale if he shows weakness.

Poe has ADHD, it almost prevented him from flying. It almost made him work harder for him to fly planes. 

Poe considers BB-8 a human being because he was orginally his father’s droid and he was passed down to Poe when he graduated from the Academy.

“Come on you can do it Jaina!” Poe exclaimed as Jaina stood intently at the hilt of her Mother’s lightsaber leaning against the wall. She had begun her training to be a Jedi after hearing her father’s wild stories of her battles against the Empire.

The first couple of days had been difficult. It was hard for her to focus and keep herself grounded like the other students. She still wasn’t able to cause things to levitate like her mother could at times. She almost thought while she did have Force sensitivities she couldn’t do it. Poe [along with his brother Han] was over for one of his many sleepovers with Ben when he spotted her trying to once again bring her lightsaber to her using the force.

“My mom could do it two it in two seconds,” Jaina sighed folding her arms, “I can’t even get it to budge.”

“There’s a hint,” Poe placing his hands on Jaina’s shoulders, “maybe you should stop comparing yourself to your mother and be the Jedi you think you could be.”

She never heard Han sing before. She asked him to. He said he was horrible but what her ears were picking up was quiet and almost soft. Beautiful like the sound of wind blowing through the air on a quiet night. Of course she heard better singers but the sound was intoxicating nevertheless.

She walked into bunking quarters. Han was sitting on one of the chairs by the bunk. Little Poe was fast asleep in bed holding a little tauntaun stuffed animal in his arm. Han ran his hand through the boy’s dark curls in time with his tune.
