Sunday, 8th of March 2015: I'm actually pretty obsessed with human mind and how to "crack the codes" and control it. It's not that I'm intended to control every human on earth and take over the world or something. No. I'm just curious about how the mind of human is working, how to live a good life, and always have a positive mind. So I found this book and it was fascinating! I agree that some of human's activity and action is based on their habits without even realizing it. And I agree that we need to create some good habits if we want to have a better life. Like having a habit to exercise, eat healthy, sleep well, etc. This book give us some examples and cases to let us see how habits were created and how to change it. They mentioned there's a thing called a habit's loop: cue-routines-rewards. Cue is a sign or trigger to do your habbit and why you do it, routines is how you do it, and reward is what you get or what you WANT to get from your routines or habit. I recommend this book to whoever curious about human mind and wants to start a new habit or actions on your daily life. It's a good book, it is. Pretty easy to understand, too. So, what's your bliss today? :)
