jay is, very much, not at all focusing on her friend and whatever she was spewing. which is why what she did hear didn’t make any sense to her, whatsoever. “ are you saying that because you write the stories because if so, yeah sure. we’re stories if we’re written down. some of us just become photographs and some become nothing if we’re going to get real technical here. like there are some people with no stories and no one to pass along their memory. they just become nothing. wait, is this too depressing? ”
