After a relatively short off season, we are officially back 👏🏼 in 👏🏼 prep 👏🏼 Since I stepped off the stage 5 months ago I’ve managed to gain over 20 lbs and my strength has soared. We’ve really focused on building my back and I went from maxing out my single arm dumbbell rows with 35# for working sets to now using 85#. That’s insane considering I used to weigh not much more than that. 🤣 I’m proud of my growth in such a short amount of time but equally scared as hell to make this leap from bikini to figure. I probably could’ve taken more time “off” to improve and grow, but I am so ready to work my way back to the stage that I couldn’t wait any longer. 👙 So here’s to the next however many weeks, ready to be a lean bean and show off all these baby gains I’ve worked for so hard.
