You are absolutely my biggest inspiration to get back in shape after these kiddos.
That means a lot to me. My gym has maybe 1 other mom as a member. I sometimes feel like an old lady, with my modified workouts to protect my postpartum body. But I love having my body back as my own and the freedom to move it around. I'm trying to just enjoy the process and not obsess over results. I hope you have the same experience.
