Because the water flowing through your pipes almost certainly came from a water treatment plant chock full of poo and pee and everything else we flush down toilets and drains.
And bottled water is usually taken from the same water treatment plants, with extra minerals dissolved in it for taste.
Even when it's from a natural spring--it still includes poo water. Ancient poo water. Water that has been in the poo of many a creature, big and small. Poo water filtered through stone so it's "crystalline pure"--but poo water all the same.
All water is poo water.
