Headcanon Meme

Andras has seen it, and has accepted it as something that cannot be changed, nor something that avoided. He knows that slaughter is cruel, devastating, sometimes without reason... and always effective.  

Briana finds the concept sad and fearful, though she has not seen it up close. She has, however, seen the devastation that it can cause. 

Kenai He fears it. Its a constant threat to both sides of his heritage and a good portion of his upbringing was how to avoid such things.  

Ryou knows that with it comes great tragedy, though he has never experienced it himself. Its a very abstract concept to him, though he wishes to never know the real effects of it.

Apache tears - a sadness headcanon

Briana - When Briana is truely sad, she can not hold in her tears. And when she is crying she pulls herself into a tight little ball and shakes, silently (or as silently as she can muster).

Andras does not show sadness often; To be honest he doesn’t show a lot of emotion and when he is sad, his face is blank and it looks like his mind is miles away. When he is the saddest, though he’s generally reminiscing about his former home and he’ll go off somewhere isolated to be alone.

Ryou wants to make sure that no one knows of his sadness. His duty is to help other and theres no time for his own issues. If his sadness is something to hinder him, he’ll make sure he suffers alone. 

Kenai looks for distractions when he is truly sad. He’ll seek out anything and anyone to quash those feels, even if it means replacing it with rage or confusion.

Calcite - my muse’s social tendencies (introverted vs extroverted, parties vs one-on-one conversations, etc.)

Briana - Introvert - Briana is very skeptical and apprehensive around any new person she meets. She does not trust them, nor does she want to. She will give short answers and is generally very sassy and guarded. 

Andras - Introvert - Andras prefers to watch people, rather than communicate with them. And when he does he’s often very blunt. (unless he intends to screw with you, then he will beat around the bush). 

Ryou - Introvert - Ryou is an introvert but on a different end of the spectrum from Bree and Andras. He is willing to befriend and see the goodness in anyone, though he is rarely the type to reach out first. When it comes to women he is awkward and he struggles with small talk. 

Kenai - Extrovert - One thing that defines Kenai is his unabashed nature and willingness to get to know anyone and everyone. He strives to make people feel wanted and welcomed. 

Carnelian - an art-related headcanon

Briana - Graffiti - Briana’s art is felt. its very gestural and abstract (though it does often contain recognizable forms/creatures. Her art is an expression of her feelings. (and I think it may even take form similar to Fetch’s light graffiti in inFamous: First Light… except dark) 

Andras is excellent at interpreting and connecting with art, however he’s not good at making it. As a collector of pretty things, Andras spends a lot of time reflecting on the things around him, especially the thing he finds evoke some sort of emotion. 

Ryou - technical - is very good at technical drawings. He’s got a creative a mind that is capable of quickly creating a multitude of solutions for a single problem. There is a lot of detail in the work he does. (he’s not to great at people though. 

Kenai - tribal - Like Andras, Kenai is not good at making art. Though he loves the detail and spiritual connection of the art of both his parents’ cultures. In his free time he enjoys studying his people’s marking and the representation of each.

1. What’s an important lesson your muse has learned over the past few years and how has that changed the way they live?

Ryou - Once it became clear that he would take up a keyblade, he was told the troubling past of his father and his blight against the darkness within him. Then he heard the story from his mother’s point of view. This story impacted him heavily and taught him some major things; the most prominent of all to never judge people quickly. They may surprise you. He has also learned that, though they may sometimes appear it, things are not always black and white, so he strives to have an open mind. 

Kenai has learned that it is the connections that you make that helps you grow. with both ends of his heritage, it was the close-minded distrust that almost lead to their demise. He’s come to realize that if you to do not branch out and connect to others then you will only grow up and not out. For this reason Kenai strives to build a connection with anyone that he meets. 

Briana learned that the people that are the closest to you are the ones that can hurt you the worst. Because of this, she is incredibly distrustful and callous with people. She does her best to avoid others or push them away, though deep down she wants someone to confide in.

Andras has also learned this same lesson, but instead of pushing people away, he takes an unnerving and distant interest in them. For the most part Andras lives in complete isolation and observes people who pique his interest. If he does decide to get closer to them he will make sure that he always informed.

5. Does your muse have any irrational fears that hold them back in life? Do they come from experience (trauma) or is it, for instance, part of a belief system they have?

13. When faced with a tricky situation will your muse be proactive or passive? Will they, for instance, try to get involved when they’re not or will they try to get away when they are?

Ryou - Proactive. Ryou does his best to help people and resolve situations. He believes its his duty. 

Kenai - Depends on the situation, but generally proactive. Kenai tends to have a big heart and help people under the facade oh wanted something out of it.

Briana - Avoids it completely unless necessary. 

Andras - Passive. Andras doesn’t care about the blight of others and, to be perfectly honest, he would delight in watching them struggle through it on their own. The boy even runs from his own problems, so  you can’t really expect him to come to the aid of others. 

18. What skills does your muse have and how did they come to have them? Was it hard work to learn them? What do they use their skills for? Are there any skills your muse wishes they had?

20. What does your muse think of secrets? Do they keep many or a few and what is their motivation to keep something secret? Have they ever been hurt by a secret someone else kept from them?

Ryou dislikes them. He thinks they deter from finding the best solutions and slow down the task at hand. 

Kenai doesn’t much care for them, but he also understands why people have them. He will never attempt to drag out things that people don’t wish to be known. 

Briana accepts them as a basic truth of life and maintains many of hers. She knows that keeping secrets can keep people alive and safe. She hasn’t been hurt by a secret someone else has kept from her, rather one of her own being revealed. 

Andras is a very private person and he respects secrets but he also understands the real damage that they can do. Given that he doesn’t really care about the state of others, this doesn’t faze him much. To each their own.

Briana 

Bree certainly does not think its irrational, but she has a crippling fear of placing her trust in others. She has been burned to often to care to get close to anyone new and has a very real fear that they will quickly turn on her and hunt her. This stems from her past with both her parents and someone very close to her. 

Ryou

Being the legacy of a keyblade Master, there is a lot of pressure on Ryou and he has a fear of failure. Part of why he spends so much of his time in the shop. He believes that if he dedicates himself enough to knowledge he’ll be able to over come anything that he may face in his journey to becoming a master. And because he spends so much time in his own thoughts and observations he gets really a bit, uncomfortable when it comes to matters of emotion. 

Kenai

Kenai hasn’t experienced much of the world to be afraid of. He is under the impression that there will always be someone there to clean up the problems. He does, though, have a fear of isolation. Growing up in Atlantis, he has heard many stories about the times his people were cut off from from everything and their culture began to decay. Kenai loves experiencing new things and meeting new people so being cut off from that and dwelling in a mundane routine scares him. 

Andras

Andras does not have many irrational fears, he’s been through enough to rightly fear many things though. However, old people put him on edge. He believes that they know too much too fast and that sort of knowledge and what people could accomplish with it scares him.

(for any all some muses B} ) How concerned are they with their appearance and how do they regard the appearance of others? Do they find it important? Do they enjoy aesthetically pleasing people?

Ryou

For the most part, Ryou doesn’t care too much about appearance, though he likes to keep things orderly, which includes himself. (His hair, however, has other plans). As far as others appearance, he doesn’t have conventional tastes. He couldn’t tell you what attracts him about people’s appearance but he is drawn towards people who appear to make an effort in maintaining themselves and have a practicality to their appearance. Now, he’s not completely oblivious and knows when people are aesthetically pleasing, and like most people he is subconsciously drawn to symmetry in features. [[I take that back, he’s completely oblivious]]

Kenai

Kenai likes pretty, however his aesthetics lie mostly in simplicity when it comes to himself. He also greatly appreciates the beauty in natural things, much more than other people. That being said, he loves adornments like jewelry; golds, stones, and gems. He is enamored by people who exemplify this and he is not shy about his appreciation. 

Andras

Andras also likes pretty things, in fact he collects them. This stems from a desire to reclaim the beauty of his home world that is now nothing but desolation. Andras is also drawn to pretty people, or people that appreciate the aesthetic beauty in things.  He, himself, is not an accurate representation for his lust of beauty, but at least he’s clean. 

Briana

Once upon a time Briana might have cared about aesthetics, but as it is today, nothing could be less important. Her main concern is functionality over appeal, however that doesn’t mean that shiny things do not distract or awe her. Briana doesn’t care about her own appearance, nor would she judge someone by their lack of upkeep. On the flip side, she also deems that people who are concerned with such things have a serious lack of awareness as to what is going on around them. She has fallen prey before to aesthetically pleasing people so she is very on guard when she crosses paths with someone she finds pleasing to the eyes.

Ryou: “Um, not really at all. Impulsive decisions usually lead to messes I have to clean up.”Kenai:  “Hey Ryou! Look at this! The shopkeeper said it was a legit dragon age. I’m gonna have my own dragon!”Ryou: *Sighs*

Andras: “To be honest, it does not matter what I value when I am not the one passing judgement.”

Briana: “This damn dark magic. It’s nothing but troublesome...”Ryou: “I don’t really know. I guess I wish I could... talk to people easier.”Kenai: “Nothing. I’m great, but if I could change anything about anyone... Nadie ¬_¬”Andras: “There is not point wishing for things that cannot be changed. I am who I am because of what I have gone through. The only thing I would change are the people who’ve affected me.”
