it’s obvious as fuq, but what the water gave me. my kinda imagery, my kinda references, and it’s so cool to read about florence’s thought process and inspiration she had while writing it (about how like, parents will try and save their kids from drowning in riptides and their higher weight will make them get tugged into the sea instead, almost like some sort of weird sacrifice)
