Slowly but surely working on myself
I went to see a therapist for the first time a few days ago. She was kinda...surprised that I’ve been just dealing with my depression and anxiety alone for literally half my life. And everything that’s going on with my ex and me carrying it everyday. Yesterday I went to an art therapy group and we made calming jars with glitter that you shake and mines so pretty! It’s blue with specs of purple , silver and light blue with plastic stars ‘cause it reminds me of space.
And on monday i’m starting yoga therapy classes, It’s specifically for people with depression and anxiety so it’s not really a work out, its just to relax and breathe and what not. I’m very excited..nervous but excited. Trying to better myself everyday.
