had a good appointment with the therapist today i think. did some visualization and felt better after. told her i wanna work on making it materially manifest too though, not just emotionally and spiritually and in headspace. multiplicity defs came up in that N/K said she felt pride at our lot in life and what we've been through and then immediately after S/K fronted and was basically trying not to say that while N/K felt pride she didn't, just solid and able to walk through solid walls. at least a few people fronted and it was definitely a little obvious, 'cause tone shift and vocabulary change and syntax shift and probably voice and facial expression... nobody grins like N/K
