yo it is my personal belief that at a certain point in time spoiler warnings should no longer be expected, and i think that seven years after the show aired is a reasonable point at which to stop expecting spoiler warnings

i mean i'm not saying i haven't been spoiled for shows that i'm behind on and that it didn't upset me (i got spoiled for one of the final five Cylons, and for the deaths of my two favorite Grey's Anatomy characters), but i also feel like i shouldn't expect other people to cater to the fact that i'm not caught up on things y'know? idk i'm kind of a butt tho

After I chose I wondered if I made the right choice, so I checked. They said you get a little less ADAM, but you get more benefits you wouldn't without saving them. AND I'M TRYIN'.

How I feel about this character: WOW RIN YES ok i mean i love rin i really do love him so much. his character arc is a little cliche (ok a lot cliche) but still really beautiful and painful and wow LIKE CAN I TALK ABOUT THE BEACH EPISODE when kou reveals that iwatobi has been training in the ocean and rin's first reaction is "OMG IS MAKOTO GONNA BE OKAY I KNOW HE'S SCARED OF THE OCEAN" and then you fucking find out that RIN AND KOU'S DAD DIED IN THE SAME ACCIDENT THAT MADE MAKO SCARED OF THE OCEAN SO EVEN THO RIN COULD BE ALL LIKE "UMM WOW MY DAD DIED IN THAT ACCIDENT AND NEVER ACCOMPLISHED HIS DREAM WHY SHOULD I GIVE A FUCK ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS ABOUT AN OLD MAN WHO GAVE U FISH" INSTEAD HIS FIRST INSTINCT IS TO WORRY ABOUT MAKOTO'S FEELINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!! rin has got this huge amazing capacity to care about people that he tries so desperately to deny it's ADORABLE. and on the other hand rin is THE MOST FRUSTRATING CHARACTER to me because he IS SO OBLIVIOUS (SOMETIMES WILLFULLY SO) to his own feelings and those of EVERYONE around him like he always wants to believe the worst of haru and those guys it's like how can you possibly????? think bad things????????? about haru and mako and nagisa????? and like his reaction to rei is incredible wow i just wow RIN WOW

All the people I ship romantically with this character: mostly just haru like um/???? hello??? obvi but also rin/nitori is really cute!!!!! (especially after the final episode SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!) i've also seen haru/rin/mako fics that i was like p. okay with altho i'm not like actively shipping it (same with all the mikoshiba fucking rin fanart like YUM WOW YES but idc if it's a thing)

My non-romantic OTP for this character: RIN/REI HOW COULD IT BE ANYTHING ELSE I AM SO OBSESSED WITH THEIR INTERACTIONS BOTH CANON AND AFTERWARD LIKE??????????? THE IDEA OF THEM BEING FRIENDS AFTER WHAT REI DID MAKES ME WANT TO SCREAM FROM EVERY ROOFTOP ABOUT HOW HAPPY I AM

My unpopular opinion about this character: uhhhh idk maybe that i don't think having shark teeth makes you hotter??? idrk

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: i really just want more rin rebuilding his relationships with EVERYONE like i cannot possibly have enough of him getting back into the group (AND MAKING FRIENDS WITH REI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1)
