I went to the November Project again Friday, and I stopped my watch too early and didn’t account for the last mile :( but we ran ~3.5 miles of hills and it was tough but great! I love these people. This Tribe is my people.
It’s also good because I’m getting onto a semi regular sleep schedule! I went to bed at 8:30 last night and got up at 4:45 and I feel so great!
