Freshly Made Authentic West African (Liberia) and Caribbean Cuisine Restaurant located in Richmond, Va.

West Africa food gallery; restaurant based in Virginia. Since Liberia is made of people who came from diaspora, the country is a mix match of culture cuisines. It looks like it is a melting pot of food. They do a lot of greens, rice, and beans. Some random foods they make: cassava (leaf) greens with chicken, tomato soups with chicken (or another meat), green/red/etc pepper chicken. Oh crap, I love chicken...um, shrimp stuff:) And of course palm/peanut butter. Desserts range from milk candies to kanyah(a rice/peanut treat which is popular in Congo and Sierra Leone).
