A year ago today I felt like lost my entire life and was stuck in a place where I had no desire to do anything from track, work and even life itself. Behind all the fun and traveling was a depressed cry baby that couldn’t sleep at night with NyQuil or melatonin. Death was never something I never dealt wit especially someone more than a father but like a brother to me. A year later the pain is the exactly the same but I’ll keep pushing and praying.
