If you aren't in the habit of nailing everything down, you should start now. Kat Slyvia has a job doing what she loves, and you better believe she works every day of her life. Intensely focused and as sly as a fox, you'd better keep your wits about you and your eyes sharp. You can never be too careful. She can be in and out in a blink of an eye -- hey, by the way, has anybody seen my wallet?
Kat's job is to functionally prevent the other team from using their weapons -- be that by way of taking the bullets out of their guns or disarming them completely. At her disposal are a pair of scissors and a handgun, as well as an intricate knowledge of the various ventilation shafts and secret tunnels she can use to get from one side of a battlefield to the other -- In terms of longevity, she can't stand as much of a torrent as her coworkers can, but don't try and use that to your advantage at a close range -- In hand to hand combat, she's skilled in disarming her enemies, and leaving them with a broken arm or two to show for it. Enough about the fight, though, what about Kat?
Born in Salt Lake City, alongside a twin sister, everyone could tell that Kat was strange from a young age. A violent streak a mile wide and her strange tendency to take everything that glittered -- including the screws from all of the furniture in the house -- landed her in an institution at a very young age. Her escape from said institution was one of many, as she would find throughout her childhood and teenage years that she was exceptionally good at taking what she wanted and evading consequence. Don't let her see anything you want to keep-- she'll find some way to steal it. Can she steal her way into Mann Co.? We'll just have to see. I'd consider voting for her, if I were you -- I wouldn't want you to "misplace" something valuable.

A Scout who has the ability to harden himself with a crimson red substance that can withstand many forms of weaponry. (Basically he can give himself Ubercharge invulnerability.)

Powers description:
RJ can cover parts of his body in a material similar to that of Ubercharge making him invulnerable to many different weapons. This armor makes the affected body part heavier making any of his impacts much harder than usual. He can also go “full coat” where he covers his whole body in his armor which lasts 8 minutes at the maximum.
Personality description:
He’s a kind soul with the head of a dumbass. He likes to joke about and act like a smartass but in a kind way. When push comes to shove however, he can get very aggressive and will fight if he needs to.
