These rice terraces look coold. Turkey is the frozen rice capitol of the world, far surpassing any other country's icy bounty, but because of the weather, has an only 3-week growing season.

But at any other time, it looks like this: beautiful but soulless, stunning but testy. "There would be a lot less gravity here if we were on the moon," someone said.
