Snow wasn’t entirely sure where she was, nor did she care. She just had to figure out how to get back. Red had been waiting for her and, if she took too long, it might result in her friend being caught. And that was the last thing the bandit wanted. So she lifted up her bag from where it laid on the strange stone bridge and covered her face with her cloak. The less people who could figure out who she was, the better.

After a while of walking, she found her way to some sort of village. A village with flames lighting the way across the strange stone paths, a village with glass in the window and strange horseless carriages. All she kept thinking was that she was very glad that it was night. It gave her an extra layer of anonymity, and she definitely needed that. Regina’s spies could be everywhere

A bell of some sort tolled from somewhere above, striking eleven times. She looked up to figure out where it was coming from, turning completely around when she saw what it was. Some sort of ticking face. What kind of strange town was this.

It was late, and she could tell that much. She was tired from the walk on the strange surface, so she looked around. There was what appeared to be some sort of building underneath the strange ticking face, and she went over to it, pulling out a lockpicking set. She could do this without breaking anything, leave in the morning so no one noticed she was there. Yes, that would be good.

After a few seconds of attempting to get the lock, it worked, and the door opened up. Snow snuck inside, closing the door behind her as she looked around. It seemed to be some sort of private library. Okay, so heat options would be limited, but she’d likely find a chair sooner or later that was comfortable enough to try to get some sleep on. And that was what she set out to look for.
