some  misc  headcanons :

qrow  as  a  corvid  is  specifically  a  western  jackdaw ,   with  grayish  colorings .   his  eyes  are  red ,    &    he  has  all  the  same  scars  as  in  his  human  form ,   only  smaller  &  harder  to  see .  

he  can  play  the  tagelharpa ,   a  culturally  significant  instrument  to  the  branwens .   he  brought  his  to  beacon ,   &   then  to  patch ,   but  he  very  rarely  uses  it .   the  last  time  he  played  it  was  when  he  accepted  summer  wasn’t  coming  home .

ozpin  assigned  him  to  signal  after  a  particularly  rough  mission .   it  went  all  sideways ,   &   qrow  was  left  in  a  critical  state  for  about  a  week .   given  that  ruby  &   yang  were  now  in  school  to  be  huntresses ,  he  wanted  to  go  back  out  into  the  field  as  quickly  as  possible  to  try  &  ensure  they  could  graduate  into  a  world  without  salem .   ozpin ,  both  feeling  guilt  over  the  truth   &   fearing  qrow  would  burn  out ,   instead  ordered  him  to  help  train  yang  &  ruby  at  signal .

he  eventually  changes  his  last  name ,  in  atlas ,   after  the  battle  at  haven .  i  have  not  decided  to  what  yet ,   but  something  symbolic .

   I’m impressed! I can barely concentrate on my one piece over here, though I head canon a lot…but anyway, can’t wait to read any/all of yours. The Macbeth one sounds amazing. I’m a Shakespeare junkie.   

it’s bad! One I haven’t updated for 4 months, one I’m trying to work really hard on but keep getting distracted by the third one, and then an idea I had over a year ago starts jumping up and down!
