Born out of Egypt, the Tahan twins come from a rather long line of wererats dating back for centuries. They are a proud and noble family and are the center of the global rat nations. It was the Tahan dynasty which first brought the wererats together under a treaty in order to spread their power and availability.

Five minutes younger than his brother, the second eldest Tahan is somewhat similar to his twin; however, never truly given the opportunity in his father's eyes. Despite this, however, both brothers have worked exceptionally hard to impress their father by their deeds. He has stayed by his brother's side and aided him in the efforts of controlling Upper Egypt. It is his goal to push his brother to the top so that when their old man dies, they can split the power in half.

When they were given the next assignment, the second Tahan saw this as a great opportunity for himself. Once the Americas were secured and their father died, his brother could return to Egypt and he could rule in this land.

When they were given control of this mission to take over the Somerset sacred ground Hadi and Al-Amir both went to different places to recruit members to the team. Al-Amir, while loyal to his brother, wants Somerset for his own and may have ulterior motives to undermine his twin to get what he wants.

Hadi is at present trying to negotiate with the current leaders of Somerset. Perhaps Al-Amir doesn't appreciate what his twin is trying to do and is trying to usurp his power and make the Alpha look bad so he can challenge his older twin for the Alpha spot so that he can have Somerset and eventually the throne?

This request goes along with Sandrine's request for siblings. I am looking for one sister, in particular, the youngest female twin, we'll call her Kaya for ease.

Kaya and Hadi have been together on and off since their thirties. They've broken up for various reasons over the years but infidelity has never been one of them. It was mostly from the strain of being apart as she couldn't come to be in Egypt full time for whatever reason. They have been engaged for the past five years and she is still in contact with her sister Sandrine.

Whether or not she is in Somerset now and staying away from her fiancé and older sister, or is in France and making her way to Somerset now is up to you. Both Hadi and Sandrine agree that she deserves the best but it is ultimately up to you if she decides to stay in the small town with them or finds somewhere else to stay. There are plans to have them be wed in Egypt in the palace there, but the wedding will not take place until she is picked up. We can make more concrete wedding plans when she's accepted.

The Lefevres are a very classy family who have always been determined to rise above the low-ranking status they were born into in Paris. Several siblings have been paired up by Sandrine to a variety of high-ranking members of the rat kingdom, including the relationship between Hadi and Kaya.

Please note: The relationship with Hadi is currently in its "off again" stages due to a difference in ranks and the lack of communication because of it; if you wish to pick her up please plan to either have her at a higher rank or working towards a higher rank so that there can be more open communication between them.

A requested canon character for THESE BLOODY BONES. For the sake of the ad, I’ll refer to this character as Zoe. 

Zoe is the youngest daughter of the current Bear King in Colorado. Her family was brought to power almost 13 years ago when their previous king was murdered by a rogue who wanted the throne. The family was the ones who wanted down the rogue king and brought him to justice. As a reward, their father became the new king/alpha and ruled over the sleuth territory in Colorado ever since. 

The eldest brother is set to inherit the throne when their father passes. There have been discussions of marrying her off to one of the betas in the state to strengthen an alliance with another family. While Zoe understands her responsibility and duty is to her clan, she did not want to be pawned off. Over the years, she has proven herself worthy to the sleuth and earned the rank of beta on her own, serving as her father’s advisory council. 

In March 2051, Thierry Pierron (king/alpha of Somerset’s sleuth) receives a vision from the Great Bear Spirit and travels to Colorado with the request to speak with her father. During this visit, Thierry explains that he is on a mission to send as many allies as he could to Somerset to help his clan. He does not go into detail, but he does describe a great evil heading their way. In order to receive aid from the Colorado clan, he would have to marry someone from there. For reasons only known to Zoe, she volunteers to marry the stranger and escape a certain mundane fate.  

 A day after their wedding, Thierry packs his things and tells Zoe he must continue his quest. He will send her and several others to Somerset where she will meet his own clan. She will be advised by Jason Thorburn and Callie Wilkes. Her arrival is in late March or April, it will be met with controversy and some hostility. No one was told of the wedding or the fact their queen would be a complete outsider. Because of this, Zoe must prove herself once again that she can lead a group of strangers and prepare them for a mysterious evil that lingers in the horizon. 

What I would like to see from this ad is not the timid damsel princess or the badass soldier type. She can show compassion without being a pushover and can make decisions based on what’s best for the whole. Someone who can take criticism and stand firm with what she believes is right. Zoe is a queen now and responsible for a whole group of people in the absence of a husband who is not there for several months. 

NOTES: Though they are married, this is not a romance plot. The couple will start out only as business partners and will only have limited contact.They do not consummate on their wedding night and it is way too dangerous for a pregnancy plot. Once Thierry returns, we can work on them getting to know each other as friends and how to balance out this whole marriage.

Our site has some lengthy information about the species and the Territory War, but it provides so much more depth to the characters and their plots. We have plenty of subplots and active character connections for them to jump on.

DETECTIVE HOWELL | WEREWOLF | 40'S | BETA

Canon; Homicide Detective; Partners with Montgomery; Childhood friends with Benjamin Clark (Quel), Macon Ulric (Jay), and Finn O'Sullivan (Hales)

Recently new to the Beta rank, Detective Howell rose in March when his best friend, Macon, ascended to the Alpha position after his father died. He is also left in charge at the small town police station when Chief Clark or his son, Benjamin, are unable to fulfill their duties.

Howell and his family are natives and fought in the Territory War twenty years ago. He chose to be turned later in life, wanting the decision to be made because of his own desire and not because of the pressure from his family.

Benjamin and Howell were partnered up at the station after the war and were the lead detectives for the homicide unit. Several years later, Montgomery joined their team and was eventually partners with Howell when Ben rose in rank.

One of the biggest things that Howell is known for is his reliability. He is always there when you need him and among the first to volunteer to step in. The wolf is also diplomatic and level-headed in the heat of the moment

DETECTIVE MONTGOMERY | HUMAN | 40'S | HUMAN MILITIA

Canon; Homicide Detective; Partners with Howell; Possible love interest, but it is not set in stone.

Montgomery was handling a nasty divorce seven years ago when she got the call about her sister's murder. The two hadn't spoken in a couple of years after a big fight and the news devastated her. Since she was the only family left, Montgomery decided to take a trip to Somerset and figure out what her sister was doing before she died. She was met with Detective Clark and Howell who were shocked by the fact the sisters were twins. Once the surprise wore off, the detectives promised to figure out what happened and let her know. A cop, herself, Montgomery decided to do her own digging and ended up with answers that she never would've expected. Almost a year after her arrival, she was introduced to the supernatural world and what really happened to her twin.

Unable to go back to the life she was living before Somerset, Montgomery chose to move to the small town. She joined the police station not long after and worked with Clark and Howell as part of the homicide unit. Though Clark rose in rank three years ago, the three continued to discuss cases and do what they can to keep the human world from investigating too deeply into Somerset.

She's also joined the human militia a year back to help counter any attacks during full moons.

With that said, if things do not click with Benjamin then she is welcome to explore other options.

Meet baby Haines! This is Titus' younger sister and one of the few women he gives a damn about (his mother, daughter, and alpha being the others). Her history is largely open since Titus' app just mentions she was seventeen when the war happened with the other snake nest in California and the sister between them was killed. She'd likely be a snake by this point, though she didn't turn until her early twenties and has college experience, unlike his barely graduated ass.

Her occupation, personality, and rank are open to the player, though I do expect her to have some issues based around her sister's death. Her feelings about the move to Somerset are open, but she should share some of Titus' hatred of the Thorburns and the bears by default.

I would love it if she was in law enforcement or business and leaned toward the crooked side, but it's not set in stone.

Meet the woman insane enough to reproduce with Titus!

She's also the cousin of werewolf CHARLIE WINTHROP. 

This is the mother of Titus' seven-year-old daughter, Layla, and their relationship is nowhere close to on the healthy side. Despite them never having a real relationship, just hooking up on multiple occasions, it's nothing unusual for her to go into a jealous rage over another woman or throw things at him for one imagined crime of another, though he's equally possessive of her. It's unhealthy and full of drama, though they do make efforts to get along with one another when Layla is present.

Her history is open except she'd have been with the nest her entire life and their relationship was based entirely around hook-ups. Their daughter is named for his sister who was murdered in a war with other snakes.

Her occupation, rank, and personality are completely open along with her feelings about the move to Somerset.
