My new nebulizer came in! I've named him Rosco after the company that makes him because I think it fits. He's so much cuter than my old lunk of a neb and fits neatly tucked away on my nightstand. He even has this nifty notch in the tail to hold the med cup upright and it's brilliant. I already love him to pieces tbh. I can only imagine the good him and his pals are doing little kids out there who run away from their 'treatments' like I use to. Couldn't have one like this back then but I'm certainly going to now! 😄💚🐊

Thank you to my PCP. Gave me a whole 10 mg of flexeril a day plus a refill and the number to a rheumatologist to get me a fibro diagnosis. cyclobenzaprine, prettiest thing ive ever seen.

so here I am trying the whole exercise thing again. I am entirely incapable of optimism. Only time will tell what will bring about this attempts untimely demise. Just the last 5 years have ended my efforts with 3 bouts of bronchitis, tonsils so swollen I got an ultrasound to rule out a tumor, full body pain and swelling brought on by a medication adverse event, a pinched nerve in my back, and a panic attack that that led to learning about 3 heart murmurs. I can only imagine what will happen this time.

I've never managed to get a video of just how bad my tremor can get before. Ive had it forever. Its always there just at different levels I dont know if its mostly medicine based or neural but its rly uncomfortable and frustrating. It makes like everything hard till it slows down
