It's wonderful to finally see the 2021 Silver List by Silver Eye Center for Photography, The Black List, and Carnegie Mellon University. We were honored to be able to help provide the names of some great photographers. Congratulations to everyone on the list! Here's the info about the project below: "Silver Eye Center for Photography, in partnership with The Black List, @theblcklst, and Carnegie Mellon University, is thrilled to announce the Silver List! Many thanks to Vanity Fair, @vanityfair, for covering this incredible project, follow the link in our bio to read their article on the Silver List! #thesilverlist The Silver List was directly inspired by The Black List, which has applied this methodology to screenplays since 2005. The idea for the Silver List came from James Thomas Wang, a senior studying Statistics & Machine Learning, and Photography at Carnegie Mellon University. The Silver List was organized by James Thomas Wang, Kate Kelley, Silver Eye’s Assistant Curator, and David Oresick, Silver Eye’s Executive Director. Generous guidance and assistance for this project came from Franklin Leonard, @franklinjleonard, the founder of The Black List and Joseph B. Kadane, the Leonard J. Savage University Professor of Statistics and Social Sciences Emeritus at Carnegie Mellon University. Serina Liu, @gotserinas, was our graphic designer for this project."
