Every company's hierarchy is a little different. Designations for this directory are based on some of the companies I've worked for, but especially on the multi-media marketing company I work for now.

• pretends not to know how to do certain things so other people do it for her, is actually smart as shit
• Noone is sure what she does but she’s cool so nobody questions it
• There’s a rumor that she may or may not have been seeing an older guy that was formerly a higher-up
• majored in business-admin and is pursuing her masters not because she cares but because her parents will keep paying for her apartment as long as she’s in school

• Occasionally 15 minutes late because she had to stop to get a Strawberries and Creme Frappucino. She knows there’s no caffeine in it but she likes to pretend there is bc business ppl always drink coffee

Soo-Young Kim
Age: 23
Sooyoung is the somewhat excitable assistant within the office. She brings her bright attitude and ability to think outside the box- and good is that because she is clumsy beyond belief. But hey, she has the spirit!
Ivan Farkas
Age: 51
Ivan is one of the board of directors at the company, and he doesn't seem to give much care to it. He is good at his job, but never really goes above and beyond, he does always pay for company dinners at least, some people think he got his kid hired but he also doesn't have any kids that people know about so- secret nepotism baby?
Haniya Abadi
Age: 31
Haniya knows one thing well, and its investments. Her overall semi-unfriendly personality is really just a coverup because she is a giant softie. She looks out for everyone younger than her at the company, and more often than not becomes the office mom everyone deserves.
Sangmin Choi
Age: 36 Sangmin is an Executive Admin who practically lives to work it seems. He got divorced last year and has been pretty quiet since, he tends to be a bit strict on people but he seriously does mean well- he just doesn't really have an off button. Thinks taking work home is a personality trait.
Doris (to be pronounced 'Daahris'- she's from Boston) has been around for as long as anyone at the office can remember.
No one is quite sure which department she reports to. Is it Accounting? Purchasing? Something with Warehousing? NO ONE KNOWS! Last HR stiff that tried to sort it out gave up eventually because Doris gets whatever she does DONE and everyone likes it that way.
Did your purchasing request get lost in the pipeline? Is your work order being ignored? Are you having a crappy day? Go to the first floor, to the little office next to the emergency exit facing the parking lot, and talk to Doris. She'll take care of it; have some coffee while you wait and don't worry about it, hon.
Her office is a mess, but she knows where everything is.
People send her postcards and gift her souvenir tchotchkes from their vacations.
Has been wearing Jean Naté since the 1980s.
The head honchos from upper management often stop by for coffee (Dunkin Donuts medium roast original blend) and a chat.
Knows everyone who works in Facilities by name and gets periodic updates about their partners/kids/pets/potted plants.
Makes a wicked buffalo mac n' cheese recipe for the end-of-year potluck. You gotta get in line quick before it's gone.

Her parents are Jamaican but she was born and raised in Del Sol Valley.
She's very soft spoken and a bit shy but she will absolutely tell you about yourself if you even dare try it with her...
Hates working overtime, DOES NOT work weekends (she strongly believes in a work life balance).
Uses her vacation days REGULARY and books it before her time off has even been approved. "Where's Jules" "she's on vacation" "again???"
All she posts on her Social Bunny feed is photography/travel pics, cute selfies & her cat Loki.
She can always be seen sporting her New Balances because absolutely not to heels. Nope. She also doesn't do "formal" office wear... As you can see.
Obsessed with her Fenty Gloss Bomb lip gloss.
Is not opposed to a sneaky office romance. *wink wink*
Signs in at 9am, signs out at 5pm. Do not talk to her about work outside of these hours or feel the wrath of her bombastic side eye.
Loves her job and is very good at it. Loves her paycheck even more and will wfh at any opportunity. ANY.
Will recite her employee rights & her employee contract from top to bottom if she deems it necessary. Don't play with her...
Doesn't engage in the gossip but knows ALL the gossip.
Finally made an OC thanks to @kashisun and her Office Challenge. This was SO much fun! (As you can see I may have got too excited coming up with her lore so buckle up!)
