not blood brothers but grew up together as foster brothers so they might as well be

kendrick is the level-headed one and he got javi the job so he could stop being a bum in their mama's house but he's about to lose this job bc everybody knows that no work gets done when these two are on shift (hence the tik toks)

they're both goof balls, but kendrick will apologize for javi most of the time and try to get them out of trouble

The Simblr Office- Doris Pratt

Can we talk about Doris for a bit?

Doris (to be pronounced 'Daahris'- she's from Boston) has been around for as long as anyone at the office can remember.

No one is quite sure which department she reports to. Is it Accounting? Purchasing? Something with Warehousing? NO ONE KNOWS! Last HR stiff that tried to sort it out gave up eventually because Doris gets whatever she does DONE and everyone likes it that way.

Did your purchasing request get lost in the pipeline? Is your work order being ignored? Are you having a crappy day? Go to the first floor, to the little office next to the emergency exit facing the parking lot, and talk to Doris. She'll take care of it; have some coffee while you wait and don't worry about it, hon.

Her office is a mess, but she knows where everything is.

People send her postcards and gift her souvenir tchotchkes from their vacations.

Has been wearing Jean Naté since the 1980s.

The head honchos from upper management often stop by for coffee (Dunkin Donuts medium roast original blend) and a chat.

Knows everyone who works in Facilities by name and gets periodic updates about their partners/kids/pets/potted plants.

Makes a wicked buffalo mac n' cheese recipe for the end-of-year potluck. You gotta get in line quick before it's gone.

she's 25 years old and moved to san myshuno six months ago ( she was tired of the commute & didn't want to work remote anymore )

she can't start her work unless she has a true crime podcast playing in the background

she doesn't take shit from anyone who disrespects her or tries to make her feel dumb ( that goes for clients and co workers , she want all the smoke LMAO )

she's very outgoing, loves gossiping about hot people at work or she's in the breakroom watching anime while she eats (ipad kid behavior lmao )

she currently crushing on her coworker who works in IT so she stays long hours just to see them for a second or more. sometimes she would unplug her ether cable on purpose so they can fix it

when she's not at work, you can catch at ur local rave spot / club DJing which is her second passion .

- Sophomore at Britechester University, majoring in Pre-Law

- Interning in the legal department where she does data entry and picks up unnecessarily complicated Starbucks orders

- Only applied for an internship because her academic rival wanted the position (take THAT Oliver) and to impress the professor she wants future law school recommendation letters from

- Thought about quitting 30 minutes into her first shift

- Lied on her resume about knowing how to use Excel and is currently regretting it

- Always gets lunch at Panera and orders the same soup every single time

- Eavesdrops on every conversation

- Wants to be a networking social climber but forgot she needs the social skills to do that. She's working on it though

- Picks the blueberries out of the free blueberry muffins offered in the mornings

- Showed up to her first week on the job in a full pantsuit before she realized how laidback the dresscode is

- Shops exclusively at Target, even when it's not practical

- Is living off of her financial aid refund check that she keeps forgetting she needs to pay back eventually

- Is stealing all the printer paper, ink cartridges, and staplers out of the storage closet. It's an unpaid internship after all. Her motto?
