Why? // Prove it AU (One-shot)
A/N: I was talking with Her about Prove it and Thesis it stuff and got this idea. Basically the boys get popular after releasing their songs, and decide to stick with it. Reader ends up being their personal doctor instead of working at the Emergency room.
So this is just a little One-shot I came up with. Hopefully I did a good job. It was fun for me to write. @xherxx
This is based on that universe.
This contains a bit of fluff, and craziness. I will warn it does mention blood.

CRASH!
You flinched at the sound that came from the other room down the hall. Your attention being pulled away from the badly sprained ankle you were trying to brace meeting the person's eyes.
It seemed the noise didn't startle him in the slightest, that was until a loud yell of annoyance followed afterwards. A sigh crossed his lips.
"I should go check on that, let me up sleepyhead." Namjoon said.
You stood quickly, blocking him from standing. "No. You should not be putting anymore pressure on your ankle than needed." Your voice was firm, your gaze hard showing there was no room for argument.
"I can go check on it. You stay here." You stated, turning to leave the room before your best friend could protest.
The door clicked closed behind you, as you walked towards the room the chaos had came from.
You never imagined you would be back in the same house as Namjoon let alone all seven of them again. After their debut, and their gain in popularity you never thought you would run into them again. You were wrong.
You took a job as a personal doctor for some rich group, without really reading on who it was. As soon as you learned you were going to be their personal doctor you wanted to back out and take the job an emergency room offered you but you couldn't. The contract you signed tied you to the boys for a good amount of time.
When they had first learned you were going to be their doctor, there was a bit of chaos. The Maknaes, of course, took it upon themselves to find any and all reasons to have you stop by. Even if it was something intentional like tripping on the stairs and falling.
The others had different reactions. Yoongi had seemed to avoid you. Jin gave you a bit of a cold shoulder, Hobi and Joon seemed relatively normal but you could tell they weren't too pleased by the arrangement at first.
Due to the younger boys and their shenanigans you had forgotten about Namjoon's clumsy nature. So when the incidents with him started to pick up you just thought the leader was following in their footsteps. It took a scolding from Jin to set you back in line.
After a couple months slowly things fell into place, and you started to open up to the boys again and them with you. Old nicknames from your thesis years were being heard more frequently in conversations.
And it was a call of one of those nicknames that had you picking up the pace, heading right for the kitchen.
Your eyes looking at the scene before you. Jin was holding his hand in a slowly turning red towel, while Taehyung and Jimin looked like a deer in headlights. A red mark on Jimin's forehead.
You let out a sigh, catching their attention and breaking the tension in the room between the three of them. "Who needs my attention first?"
Quickly the two 95ers directed your attention to Jin. You were quick to approach the man that was once your fake boyfriend and one of seven boyfriends. Taking his injured hand into your grasp careful not to disturb it much as there was a bloody rag covering it.
Carefully you pulled the towel away revealed a cut on his hand. With narrowed eyes you studied it for a moment before speaking. "Tae go get my first aid kit from Namjoon's room."
The sound of footsteps greeted you ears as he hurriedly walked out of the kitchen.
"So care to tell me what happened?" You asked, your doctor voice making an appearance. Stern but caring.
There was a small moment of silence, your eyes turning to Jimin, his mouth open looking like he was going to speak before Jin's voice pulled you to look at him.
"I was preparing dinner, when these two Maknaes came barging into the kitchen messing around. I yelled at them to stop, but they kept going. Eventually the shoved me causing me to knock a bowl to the ground and cutting my hand in the process!" Seokjin's voice was a bit harsh. Of course he was angry. Cutting your hand was never fun.
Your gaze went over to the younger in the room, your eyes questioning hoping for Jimin to confirm if it was true or not.
"No that's not what happened!" You could hear the pout in Jimin's voice as much you could see it on his face. "He didn't tell us to stop, he was laughing and poking fun like normal."
You let out a sigh. That was usual. No matter how much they all loved each other and claimed they were family there were still moments they acted like a bunch of kids.
"You are lucky that it wasn't too deep." You stated.
Tae had quickly returned with the kit. You set it down on the counter pulling out the usual stuff to take care of the cut. Quietly putting gloves on.
"This is gonna sting.." You mumbled out the warning, as you set to cleaning the cut before you would seal it up.
You felt him flinch as you poured the cleaner on it. His hand trying to tug away slightly from the sting. You quickly cleaned up around the cut before bandaging it off.
"Try not to get it wet okay? Let it heal up for a bit." You looked up at him giving him a reassuring smile.
"Thank you Cupcake." You smiled fondly at the nickname. A warm feeling settling in your chest before brushing it off quickly. You were their doctor now, nothing else. Even if a friendship started to grow again.
Your turned to Jimin, walking over to the man with a pout on his lips. Who was partially being comforted by Taehyung.
You put your hands on the sides of his face pulling his head closer to yours. A look of shock on his face, pink dusting his features as he thought your were going for something else. Tae looking somewhat jealous out of the corner of your eye.
The blush, and the jealous look disappeared as soon as you brought his forehead to eye level. Analyzing the mark on his forehead.
"Is this giving you any issue?" You asked, studying the mark intently. You didn't need it turning into a bigger problem. Especially seeing how there were fans looking forward to seeing them and a busy schedule to uphold.
"No, I'm fine kitten." His voice was quiet.
Relief flooded through you. Both of the boys were okay. You released his head and stepped back. A small smile on your lips. "Good. If it starts to give you an issue just let me know.
You finally turned to Taehyung. "Any injury on you I should know about?"
A slight smirk appeared on his face. "I think I cut my lip earlier. A kiss would make it better."
You rolled your eyes as a deep chuckle escaped the 95er. It was the usual teasing and flirting from him.
"Alright you two. Since you both wanted to mess around in the kitchen you can help Seokjin finish dinner, and clean up for him." You grinned at the groan they both released.
Jin perked up at you mentioning the help. "Does this mean you are staying for dinner?" His tone hopeful.
"If you don't have any issue with me doing so. I will. I need to make sure your leader doesn't do anything rash, and make sure he knows how to take care of his ankle properly." You stated, folding your hands behind your back.
"Of course you can stay!"
"Please stay!"
The three boys were quick to state their different forms of agreement to you staying. A bright smile on your face, you turned away from them. They didn't need to see the blush settling in your cheeks or know that there were butterflies in your stomach.
"Alright. Let me.get back to Joon. Come get us when dinner is ready." With that you walked back to his room.
