I'm not gonna lie... I just watched the Revolution ep with Colin Ford in it because Colin Ford was in it. And I was not disappointed. I'm prob gonna end up watching the whole show now...

Let me just say that there are A LOT of stories in this fandom. It’s vast...and varied. I wasn’t sure what your cuppa tea would be so I sorta added everything that I have read or have saved to read on fanfiction.net (I find it easier to stay on this site so haven’t gone through archiveofourown.org or other HP fanfic sites). I don’t know if any are slash, some may be rated M, several have non-canon pairings, and a few are crack!fics...do check the story stats before reading just in case. I tend to read a lot of different things...but I find time travel/AUs incredibly interesting and I am drawn to fics that are centred on or deal with familial relationships.

this is the start of the Living With Danger series and it is A-MAZ-ING She rewrites all of the books and it is just…GAH, there are no words….. Everything she writes is amazing. read it ALL.
Another very LONG AU that is literally TO DIE FOR. Omg, so wonderful, especially if you are a fan of Sirius (he’s my fav). Anything this author writes (she’s written a lot) is also fabulous

And yet another very LONG AU. Kinda like Living with Danger, but different enough that it’s still FABULOUS in it’s own way. And again, anything this author writes = GOLD.
This is actually an AU that focus’ on Harry’s generation rather than the Maruader generation. And I’m pretty sure this was actually one of the first fanfics that I ever read for Harry Potter (being an closet H/Hr shipper, this story was like HEAVEN for me). Again it’s LOOOOONG, and I actually don’t think the last part was ever really completed (the author had to stop writing but she gave a summary of what the rest of the story would be). I stopped reading towards the end cause it was getting a little “adult” for my taste, but at least the first story is definitely worth a read!
If you’re actually looking for something short, this is my most favorite one shot.

I don’t have a lot of one shot stories saved, I mostly just remember the long, amazing ones, lol. But any of the authors who wrote the stories I mentioned, they all write really good one-shots, and they all have good stuff in their favorites, so you should check them out!
