I feel like i am being emotionally abused by my own mind Please stop being so mean I am kind and gentle sometimes? God wait nvm im an awful human and I deserve everything my brain does to me

Can you meet all 9 criteria for bpd and still not be diagnosed with it or is my counselor avoiding the fact that i may have borderline due to the stigma????

My mom when my counselor explains my mental illness to her: ok yes! I totally agree that she has these feelings and I will validate her mental illness. I will be open an honest and willing to listen to what she has to say.

Me: shows slight symptoms of my mental illness like getting easily angered or having really strong opinions.

My mom: What the fuck why are you being so aggressive?

My mom: Yeah I don't know what to say about what your feeling right now and I can't help you.

Me: .....ok
