No you didn’t miss anything.
It’s just Alfive automatically called them like that putting a Lady in front of their name cos Polite Prince ( Pidge wasn’t too happy about it and just straight out told everyone he is a boy alas reveal )And the others were also a bit like.. “Eh... no. please. Just Hunk. No need for formalities. We’re good.” Except for Lance who was like “Oh yeah I’m a LADY. Bring it on!” So Alfive calls him Lady Lance.
Alfive also uses the term ‘guys’ as a neutral, nobody corrected him cos... why should they? XD
When did Hunk call lance Lady Lance? XD;;; I dun remember.
