Studying with Jamie today (thestrive). She is a 3 rd yr medical student and she has excellent vlogs. I watch her videos all the time. She just created a new channel, thestrivestudies, where she will upload videos of her studying so you can tag along. I think its a grear idea so youre never truly alone. The Strive
I recently saw a band called Palaye Royale play here on their tour with Metro Station. Most people don’t really care for opening acts and take that time to get their drinks. But for the avid music lover opening acts are a time to find a new favorite band. Before Palaye Royale came on their were three other bands that played. The first two were your typical local band. But then the third was a band called The Strive by the looks of them they seemed like an indie band. But when they started their set my ears were pleased to hear heavy drums and sharp riffs along with very pop punk vocals! It was pop punk band! I had never heard of them before that night but after an incredible performance I had to check them out. They have two EPs along with one full length studio album released. And they are full of that infectious pop punk sound. Their music is available on itunes, spotify, and youtube. I highly recommend listening to these guys they are definitely going to blow up one day!
