Hi! I'm an incoming first year to UWC USA and I have one question (because the school seems to be getting information out to us at a snail's pace), which is do people ever take their laptops to class? The one I have now has a broken key and I could live with it, but I would just like an idea of how often it would leave my dorm room...
Hi there! Sorry it took so long to answer, I was in the midst of traveling home.
But it really does depend on what you prefer.I personally don’t really bring my laptop to classes unless my teacher asks me to (which some will every once in a while), but I also have friends who take them to every class and use them for notes (however some teachers don’t allow this)So it really depends on what you want - your computer can never be in your room but it can also never leave your room if you wish!
