Eating Attire Last weekend could not have been more beautiful. The sun shone bright, and with two eating events to attend, I slipped into two of my most comfortable dresses. I had to make sure I had enough room for some delicious food and fun with friends. I guess you could call these looks "eating attire". Saturday night had us headed to "The Supper" benefiting St Agnes Hospital (where I had all of my babies). The evening featured a "Chopped" styled culinary competition between some of Baltimore's best chefs, and the event was emceed by Chef Bryan Voltaggio and Food Editor, Julia Bainbridge. My silk bubble dress was the perfect silhouette for this culinary showdown. I was able to show-off my shoulders while still consuming many courses and just a few cocktails. The competition was fierce, but the food and my chosen frock were fabulous! I followed-up Saturday's food competition with brunch and a clothing-swap with some sweet girls. We sipped mimosas, shared stories, and swapped clothes in the bright sunshine. I was comfortable in a breezy maxi-dress with an asymmetrical-hemline. Josh (my little guy) calls this my giraffe dress because of the print, but I think it actually does make me feel taller when I wear it. On Monday, I swapped my breezy dresses for some active wear and a Body Sculpt class. Today, I hope to walk the Trolly Trail with Will (my big guy). He is out of school for Election Day and although eating attire is awesome but summer is on its way. Besides, style and everything else in life is about balance, right? Hope your Tuesday is terrific! XO
