What is particulary disgusting in Kim’s response, is not even the complete marginalization of Bellamy/Raven relationship (though I hate that), but the notion that Clarke is “more pressing concern” than Raven is. Which only proves the fact that writers of The 100 don’t give a fuck about Raven.

the fall - i’ve seen it three times so far and the pleasure is always the same, if not greater. i love the music, the actors, the story, lee pace’s pained look and everything else too.

Okay, so I found your blog after searching Black Sails, cause I'm trying to figure out if I wanna watch it or not. And then I saw your DA and The 100 posts and I was like... Yeeeesss. But - Black Sails, yay or nah?

DEFINITELY YES. all the yeses. so much yay.

but seriously, I don’t mean to sound too emotional, but black sails is HANDS DOWN one of the best - if not *the* best - tv series I’ve seen this season. a few reasons to watch it:- pirates- LESBIANS- captain james flint- interesting villains with actual depth and reasoning and motives behind their actions- quite intricate fast-paced plot- which means you actually have to pay attention, otherwise you can and probably will get lost (i had some catching up to do after the first season, because I tend to multi-task while I watch something, like for example I watch the vikings and do my nails or I iron during hawaii five o, but you can’t do that shit with black sails, imo it’s too… demanding? but in a good way. it’s really amazing to see how the plot unfolds and how everything suddenly starts making sense)- also nassau’s most notorious pirate james flint- with a touch of lesbians- awesome ladies in charge!!! - season one was cool and okay- season two was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING (also called black sails: shit won’t stop hitting the fan, because that’s basically what happens in every episode)- season finale left me speechless to the point that even rick grimes and his steely unhesitating gaze couldn’t match that- also maggie smith’s work of art meaning toby stephens- who plays captain flint obviously- have I mentioned flint?- apparently starz have A LOT OF MONEY for black sails and they really make the most of it, you can practically see the money pouring from the screen- some amazing character development - and the reason I mention flint a lot is not only because he’s extraordinarily handsome but also because his character is exquisitely written? I don’t want to spoil anything for you but YOU’LL SEE- I named my hawke after one of the main characters, eleanor guthrie, because she’s just that cool

tl;dr - it’s amazing

I hope you don’t mind me posting this here instead of answering privately, but I thought it might be useful for those of my followers who also see me posting black sails stuff and perhaps wonder if it’s worth watching. it is. it really is.
