The Terror Big Bang 2026 is here!

I know it's April 1st, but we promise this isn't a joke! We not only have two new mods to introduce to you, but we have the event schedule too. You can expect to see our various social sites getting gradually updated with this year's schedule in the coming days/weeks.

Hi new mods!!!

We are welcoming @werewolfsone and @mitarashi8 as our two new mods who will be joining the existing mod team! They'll be helping out variously with Discord moderating and backstage event management.

My piece for notkingyet’s (@notkingyet2) fantastic story ‘Spoke and Wheel’ of our favourite steward turned Lieutenant Jopson as part of the @theterrorbigbang event! The story contemplates relationships forged through peril, with our dear steward at the helm: striving to heal and serve, as is his duty.

After a little break, I'm back partecipating in @theterrorbigbang !!!

This is my contribution to @championmuffin 's awesome fic. It was a lovely journey and I loved working with you!!! Even from the first draft I knew the fic was going to be great, it managed to surprise me with its character interpretation (that's saying a lot since I've been in the fandom for so long and consumed way too much fics) and I can't wait to re-read it!!!

Hi!! Really excited for this event, I’m so happy it’s on again this year as this is my first year in the fandom!! Sorry if this has been answered already, but will the ao3 collection be kept open for a little bit after November 30th for late submissions, or will it be closed on that date? Thanks!! :3

Hello!

Yes, absolutely. We have already historically allowed for fics/art/etc. to slide in after the technical end of the event. This year we are being even more lenient given the fact that we were later than usual getting out prompts. We'll probably leave the collection open an additional week or two, at least.
