okay so first, you go to pirate-bay or buy the movie or download video clips from the movie! after your download, you launch the movie with KM player. it's free & you can download it here ! when you launch your video, you click the third icon on the left ( it looks like a gear ) & there should be a small menu that pops up, with 6 tabs on the top. click the 5th tab & there should be the buttons " video, frame, & audio ". once that's there, you play the video & click ' frame '. it shows settings on how many screen caps it can capture in a second & you can modify the size of the screen caps etc etc. next, you use gimp to crop & resize the screencap. gimp is pretty hard to use, so when i'm lazy, i go use this website. it's easy to figure out once you're used to it. for that website, you firstly upload the screen cap, then crop it, then go click the 'resize (pixels)' button. change the width & height to '100x100'. and your icon is born !
