He limped quietly back to his room, giving polite nods and smiles at other guests of the Kaptan Gardens Beach Resort. Although, Jaime wasn't getting any greetings in return. The wrath agent understood their hesitance. The split lip, bruised eyes, and general rugged demeanor of the returning vice agent left more to be desired for company. It didn't stop him from nodding his head politely at those walking past him as he made his way towards his ideal company.

"Honey, I'm home." Jaime calls out into their shared lodgings for the vacation. Attempting to hide the soreness of his body by leaning against the door frame, Jaime looks around the open space living area and kitchen, hoping to find his roomie and fellow agent Alistair around for their usual post-mission routine. Taking the sunglasses covering the pair of black shiners, Jaime groans as he lifts himself from the door frame, slowly walking deeper into their shared lodgings. Closing the door behind him, Jaime decides to call out once more, placing his sunglasses on the kitchenette's island counter. A sore but manageable grin grows on his face as Jaime decides to continue removing more of his clothes as he called to the envy agent. "Your comparde's back, roomie. I want to thank you for rescuing me."

Cayden was having a grand time. glassy eyed, and a buzz ringing in his head as he enjoyed himself, a drunken buzz making him feel good and relaxed, the whirring of his mind he could usually only silence when he was high. This was nice. He was with his...friends? Were they friends? Were any of them actually friends? Cayden would certainly mourn them all if they were lost forever. But he couldn't say they would do the same for him. Not that it mattered. Certainly not in the moment.

Moving from his seat in the booth they were all sharing his made his way to where the balcony was, moving between the crowd, his hand brushed by people, already synthesizing something to break down the alcohol in his system and neutralize it so he could keep drinking with the rest of them, but he needed the cool night air. Well tepid night air. Cooling off from the din and the crowd inside, a moment to be alone. Well almost alone. A soft smile touched his face as he saw the other and come up and stand next to him. "Hey there stranger."

“It creeps me out.” He handed Smoke a beer before flopping down on the couch beside him. “If I died and someone brought me back, I wouldn't be happy.” He wasn't supposed to be saying any of this before it was announced to the rest of the agents, but he was a big blabbermouth, especially around Smoke. It's not every day Ricky gets to be involved in something as big as the cloning project. Only three other agents were involved so information on their progress was limited. “Sure –– we won't know for certain if it works until we see the first clones up and walking around,” He took a swig of his beer. “But we're pretty confident. And you know how fucking good I am. I don't make mistakes.” He teased, a grin spreading across his face, flashing that cocky attitude he knew Smoke loved. An arm wrapped around the Envy agent's shoulders to pull him close. He dragged his nose against his skin and placed a few kisses along his jaw.  “Next time you piss me off I can just get rid of you and get myself a brand new one to entertain me.”
