Ciel had been out to purchase a new walking stick, not run into his fiancee who was out buying who knows what. But as soon as the familiar blonde curls were spotted he knew it was a matter of time before the observant blonde spotted her own blue haired fiance. And given he was in public, he was not about to quickly walk in the other direction, he'd had rumors swirl about his engagement to Elizabeth once, he did not need that again.
