Today my pals and I hiked part of the Stowe Pinnacle trail—I say part because we got lost getting to the main entrance to the trail and we found a shortcut. It was short and sweet, and had a great view—just what a girl with no cardio strength needs! The weather was great and even better, we stopped for some free samples on the way home. If you haven’t done the triumvirate of freebees in Waterbury, VT (Cabot Cheese Annex, Lake Champlain Chocolates and Stone Cold Cider), it is a great trip to make year round!
But my day didn’t end there! After regrouping at home, we decided to go berry picking and take a quick dip at Leddy Beach! I love that satisfying feeling of a full day filled with good times and good friends. I hope there are more to come before the school semester starts up again!
