I don't know how popular or unpopular this opinion is (it can be IC or OOC or both) but I was never bothered by the fact that Gali looked like her brothers. In fact I liked it. She was on par with them, she doesn't need to be visually different. I was actually kinda shocked when I saw the Mask of Light for the first time (last year rip me) and she was so slimmed down and "feminized" that I hardly recognized her! So that's what I have for you dude have at it, I'm curious.

I agree that she can look like the rest of the Toa Nuva. It makes sense because story-wise, they were all built by Artakha at relatively the same time. But I suppose for the movie they wanted her to look different so she would stand out as the female of the group.
