Max was clearly sleeping hard outside the gate while Penelope was trying to feed him "lettuce". She's started to throw all of her toys out to the dogs. I'm feeling torn about the best way to handle the situation, because I try not to overuse the word "no" and save it for dangerous behaviors. Obviously throwing the toys out isn't dangerous, but sometimes the dogs do get the toys and chew them up. My plan for now is to tell her not to, then take the toys and put them away when she throws them out so essentially, they "disappear" when she throws them out.
